Abstract

Pacitan is one of the districts in East Java which has many tourism potentials, namely culture, cave tourism, and beach tourism. Klayar Beach is the name of one of the beaches in them Regency of Pacitan it hasa special attraction that is “ Suling Samudera”. Klayar Beach already clout organization, facilies are quite complete, road acces is good, satisfactory service of human recources that still need training from the government in order to build the same spirit and faster creativity to compete. The coast of Klayar also has a permit from the government and Pokdarwis organization has also been comfirmed. Based on the management effort to make the coast Klayar as a flagship beach in Pacitan, researchers use internah and eksternal analysis and SWOT analysis. SO strategy is a strategy that uses the power to take advantage of opportunities. Strategy ST is a strategy that uses the powes inhandling threats such as prioritizingfunds to increase attraction and addition of facilities in Pantai Klayar. The WO strategy is a strategy that minimizes the weaknes in explointing opportunities. Then the WT strategy that minimixes the weknes avoids thteats.
