Abstract

Woven fabric is one of the historical heritage that deserves to be preserved and made as Icon of Sragen City. With a variety of motives and can attract tourists. In the preservation of society less involved. This inhibits the development of the fabric itself. Because it is not a field that is occupied by the surrounding community. The lack of local community roles has enabled the government to play an active role in conservation by assisting in providing looms as well as initial capital to manage Arimbi Traditional Weaving Ikat.
