Abstract
This study uses qualitative methods with data collection carried out through observation, questionnaires and interviews. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the government, managers and the community in the preservation of Gellu' Dance in Toraja. The results of the study show that promotion is done through social media and print media. Services and information obtained by tourists from managers, the government and the community are good. The government's role is to determine dance studios that will perform in annual activities, managers or coaches to recruit dancers on a regular basis to obtain human resources that will later become the next generation of Gellu’ Dance, the community helps preserve Gellu’ Dance by helping the government and managers to promote social media and willing to provide a home page as a place for practicing dancers.
