Abstract

Tourism now has become a necessity for people in various walks of life. Gunungsari Pine Forest is one of the natural potentials that has been developed into a tourist attraction in Gunungsari Village. This tourism object is under the auspices of the parent BUMDES (Badan Usaha Milik Desa) which consists of village communities. The research conducted by author is with qualitative research. Qualitative research methods are often called naturalistic research methods because their research is carried out in natural settings. The Gunungsari Pine Forest which has unique and natural potential is already in good management by existing human resources. The community of Gunungsari Village strongly supports the development of the Gunungsari Pine Forest as a tourist attraction. In addition, the role of the government, especially the Department of Forestry, is also very supportive. Evidenced by the issuance of permits granted by the Department of Forestry.
