Abstract

Cilegon City is famous for its industrial city. Cilegon City has a Cattleai Livestock Villa tour for livestock education attractions with beautiful atmosphere. Villa Ternak Cikerai is located in a hilly area that has beautiful views. Type of research used in this research is descriptive by using qualitative approach. Technique of collecting data in this research with observation (observation), interview, and documentation. The research results of Villa Ternak Cikerai development have advantages and disadvantages. Villa Ternak Cikerai has an advantage that is a good thing to be able to develop and be able to increase tourist visits to Villa Ternak Cikerai. And for its weaknesses which became a barrier to the development of Villa Ternak Cikerai. Managers must be able to improve excellence and improve existing weaknesses so that development can run well. Management in Villa Ternak Cikerai, for the majority of the surrounding community, the community plays an important role in the development of Cikerai Villa Ternak. By empowering the surrounding community, it is expected to improve the quality of life.
