Abstract

Penyisok Beach is located in Sekaroh Village, Jarowaru, East Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. This beach has its own uniqueness compared to other beaches, because there are rows of high cliffs. This study aims to identify and develop strategies for developing tourist attractions in Penyisok Beach, East Lombok, NTB. Penyisok Beach has great natural potential but still faces various obstacles in its development, such as limited facilities and infrastructure, inadequate accessibility, and less than optimal promotion. The method used in this study is a qualitative study with data collection through interviews with related stakeholders, field observations and document analysis. The results of the study indicate several main strategies that need to be implemented, including the development and improvement of facilities and infrastructure, provision of supporting services, infrastructure development, improving the quality of human resources and increasing promotion. With the implementation of these strategies in an integrated manner, it is hoped that Penyisok Beach can increase its attractiveness as a sustainable tourist destination, attract more visitors and provide significant economic benefits for the local community.
