Abstract

Indonesia is the largest archipelagic country in Southeast Asia that has a variety of tourism potentials, including natural beauty, cultural richness, and unique tourist attractions. One of the tourist attractions that is the focus of this study is the Potorono Edupark Dinosaur Park in Yogyakarta, which has a dinosaur-based educational concept. This study aims to analyze and understand the influence of destination image and service quality on tourist loyalty at the Potorono Edupark Dinosaur Park, Yogyakarta. The research method used is quantitative multiple linear regression, involving 100 respondents who are visitors to the park. The results of the hypothesis test show that destination image and service quality significantly affect tourist loyalty. The determination coefficient test shows that destination image and service quality are able to explain 80.9% of the total factors that affect tourist loyalty.
