Abstract

Seventeen Right Here Experience is an interactive event designed for fans of the South Korean boyband Seventeen. This study aims to determine the effect of attractions and service quality on visitor satisfaction at Seventeen Right Here Experience at TMII. Using a descriptive quantitative research method, this study involved 100 respondents who were visitors to Seventeen Right Here Experience. The aspects studied in this study were Attractions (X1), Service Quality (X2), and Visitor Satisfaction (Y). The data in this study were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS 29. The results of the study showed that Attractions had a significant effect on visitor satisfaction with a significant value of 0.004 <0.05. Service Quality also had a significant effect on Visitor Satisfaction with a significant value of 0.001 <0.05. Attractions and Service Quality also had a simultaneous and significant effect with a value of 0.001 <0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that both variables have a significant effect on visitor satisfaction at Seventeen Right Here Experience at TMII.
