Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the extent to which culinary tourism attractions and the availability of facilities influence the level of visitor satisfaction at Ngarsopuro Night Market, Mangkunegaran, Surakarta, Central Java. Quantitative methods were used to collect data in this study. Questionnaires were distributed to one hundred respondents who had visited Ngarsopuro Night Market. The results showed that, with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 85.4%, culinary tourism attractions and facilities significantly influence visitor satisfaction. This finding indicates that culinary diversity and quality, as well as adequate facilities, contribute significantly to visitor experience and satisfaction. This study provides recommendations for Ngarsopuro Night Market management to continue improving the quality of culinary attractions and facilities to enhance visitor experience and encourage repeat visits.
