Abstract

This study aims to determine how the factors of tourist attraction and facilities by analyzing tourist satisfaction. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach and data collection methods through semi-structured interviews and observations, while the interview informants in this study amounted to five people with different characteristics. The results of this study indicate that tourist satisfaction at Sadranan Beach on tourist attractions is good and facilities are quite good. The category remains with some improvements, namely the first problem of parking lots, inadequate trash bins, the state of homestay buildings that are not maintained and supporting facilities that are still limited.
