Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate how visitor happiness at Laguna Pantai Glagah Indah, Kulonprogo, is impacted by amenities and service quality. Two crucial elements that influence tourists' opinions and establish their degree of happiness with a travel destination are the quality of the facilities and services offered. The study used a survey approach and a quantitative methodology, gathering data via questionnaires with a 4point Likert scale. All visitors to Laguna Pantai Glagah Indah make up the study's population, and a sample of 100 respondents was chosen using basic random sampling. Multiple linear regression, the t-test, the F-test, the coefficient of determination (R2), validity and reliability tests, and SPSS software were used to evaluate the data. The findings demonstrate that, partially and simultaneously, both amenities and service quality significantly and favorably affect visitor pleasure. These two independent factors significantly describe the degree of visitor pleasure, according to the coefficient of determination value of 86.2%. These findings suggest that optimal improvements in facilities and service quality can significantly enhance visitor satisfaction at the destination.
