Abstract

Kediri Regency has one of the new tourism spots called Indian Village and is likely to attract the attention of every tourist, especially families who come to Kediri Regency. The Indian Village is located in Sempu Village, Ngancar District, Kediri Regency, East Java Province and is about 30 km from the center of Kediri City. This tourist spot has the concept of knowing about Indian tribes in America. The research method uses qualitative methods and data analysis using SWOT analysis, where the SWOT analysis is used as a formulation of strategy problems for the identification of various factors strategically based on understanding an object. The manager is in full duty in the development of the Indian Village. The role of the community is quite good by wanting to join in managing the Indian Village. Strategy is needed in its development, such as the addition of facilities, the addition of new areas, optimal promotion and more targeted tourism planning.
