Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out what is unique about this Singo Pole Barong Art. And to find out how the role of the manager in the effort to preserve Singo Pole Barong Art. This research method uses Creative Descriptive analysis and SWOT analysis, namely by writing the results of the analysis in fact and conducting research, interviews, and documenting the results of the study. Singo Pole Barong Art is very unique because the majority is played by children and adolescents. The management has been very good at making efforts to preserve Singo Pole Barong Art, by introducing local culture to children as early as possible will have a positive impact because they are the next generation that can preserve local culture so as not to be swallowed up by the times.
