Abstract

Bangka Belitung Islands Province has great potential in the field of religious tourism. One of the religious tourist destinations in Bangka Belitung is Puri Agung Tri. Puri Tri Agung Tourism Object is one of the religious tourism objects in Sungailiat Bangka Belitung. The development of Puri Tri Agung Tourism Object as one of the tourist attractions is still constrained by several factors, such as constraints on funding, supporting facilities and facilities that are still inadequate, the lack of quality human resources in the tourism sector, and various promotions that are still not optimal. parties, both the government and managers of Puri Tri Agung Attractions. Therefore, the right strategy is needed to manage and develop Puri Tri Agung Tourism Objects in order to increase tourist visits. This study uses qualitative methods as a research procedure that produces descriptive data. This research focuses on strategies for developing tourist attraction and government efforts to increase tourist visits. Data analysis used by the author is a SWOT analysis to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by Puri Tri Agung Attraction.
