Abstract

Teluk Hantu Beach is a beach that is managed by BUMDES and in collaboration with the Teluk Hantu Beach merchant group. This study aims to study the development of tourism potential during the covid-19 pandemic by describing the strategy for developing tourism destinations on Teluk Hantu Beach in Pesawaran Regency, Lampung. The author chose Teluk Hantu Beach because according to the author, this beach has a potential tourist attraction that is not less far from other beaches in Lampung. This.study.uses a descriptive qualitative method, a method that describes internal and exsternal factors, and displays using a SWOT analysis that produces solutions to be applied in industrial activities, espcially to support the development of Teluk Hantu Beach in the era of new habit adaptations. From the analysis of the factorsthat exist in the development of Teluk Hantu Beach in the era of adaptation to new habits, it shows several results that can be used as a strategy to improve the quality of Teluk Hantu Beach, (1) arranging arrangements to facilitate the process for developing Teluk Hantu Beach, (2) the manager holds regular meetings with group members in order to.improve.the.quality.of existing.human.resources again, (3) the management must be more aggressive in promoting on social media to increase tourist visits.
