Abstract

People around the world are currently being tested with the Covid-19 pandemic, including in Indonesia. However, in recent times a new term has emerged called New Normal. The potential that Titik 0 Yogyakarta has is very large as a tourist attraction, especially in the era of adapting to new habits today. This research is a qualitative descriptive study that is focused on survey and observation activities at Titik 0 to find out the reasons and what activities can be carried out, appropriate facilities and development. The data analysis used in this research is the SWOT Matrix. From the data analysis process using SWOT analysis, it can be found the right development strategy, the first strategy is to maintain a good relationship between human resources, namely the Yogyakarta City Tourism Office, Malioboro UPT, and the security forces. The second strategy, implementing regulations to maintain cleanliness. The third strategy is to use the funds owned by Titik 0 to maximize the governor's instructions during the disaster emergency response period. And the last strategy is to improve cleanliness at Titik 0, especially in the new adaptation era.
