Abstract

Lombok has beautiful and attractive natural tourism potential, one of which is Tourism Village, one of the Tourism Villages in Lombik is Tetebatu Tourism Village. Qualitative research methods are research methods based on the philosophy of postpositivism, used to examine the condition of natural objects. Data collection techniques in this study are by observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Then analyze the data using a SWOT analysis. TetebatuLombok Tourism Village has an attraction that offers natural mountain views. The development strategy that must be done is to consider aspects of prices, products, places, promotions and services to tourists. By increasing human resources, facilities and promotions it will simplify these aspects in order to increase tourist visits.
