Abstract
Reservation is an officer who is responsible for handling room reservation requests from prospective hotel guests. The COVID-19 pandemic has caused room occupancy rates to drop drastically. In an effort to increase room sales, the Harris Festival CityLink Bandung Hotel has collaborated with Online Travel Agents because online travel agents during the pandemic are very influential on room sales. By booking a room through an online travel agent, guests can get many benefits, such as saving time and money.
