Abstract
In the MICE program is also required to provide good service so that the converter participants are satisfied. The quality of service provided during the conference took place during the holding of the conference. If the quality of service received by participants in accordance with what is expected, then the participants will feel satisfied and the satisfaction of participants is achieved. Conversely, if consumers feel the quality of service received is not in accordance with the desired then the participants will feel dissatisfied or can be said that kepuasaqn participants are not satisfied. The purpose of this research is to know how big influence of service quality given by organizers to the satisfaction of the participants of The First STIPRAM Conference on Ecotourism in Yogyakarta and To know the level of participant satisfaction on the quality of service provided. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative approach that is by data analysis using simple linear regression. The sample in this research is the students of The First STIPRAM Conference on Ecotourism in Yogyakarta amounted to 80 respondents. Based on the result of simple regression analysis showed that the service quality had positive and significant effect to the satisfaction of the participants and at the first STIPRAM Conference on Ecotourism in Yogyakarta the participants were satisfied with the satisfaction percentage level 44% satisfied and 14% very satisfied.
