Abstract

Anastasia Radians Devina's research entitled "Upaya Pengelolaan Kasuari Exotic Resort Magelang Pada Masa Pandemi Covid 19". With the aim of knowing the management efforts that can be carried out during the Covid 19 pandemic. The research method used is qualitative. The data used are primary data and secondary data. While the data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through the SWOT analysis technique.Based on the data collected, it can be concluded that Kasuari Exotic Resort Magelang is a resort that has a lot of potential that needs to be developed further. Kasuari Exotic Resort Magelang has superior and attractive attractions. Management efforts carried out by Kasuari Exotic Resort Magelang during the Covid-19 pandemic were to implement health protocols properly and correctly and to increase promotional media and increase facilities to support resort operations.
