Abstract

Tourism is one of the industries that are Indonesia's mainstay that can support the people's economy and become a source of foreign exchange. The Curug Cileat Tourism Object is located in Mayang Village, Cisalak District, Subang Regency, West Java Province. The method used in this research is qualitative research methods. Data and information taken directly from Curug Cileat and data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The analysis used is the 4-K SWOT analysis. Based on the results of research that has been carried out from the SWOT-4K matrix, it can be seen that the Curug Cileat Tourism Object is in Quadrant I. The calculations made are obtained from the positive difference in weighted values for Internal Variables (Strengths and Weaknesses) of 1.70 and positive difference for variables External (Opportunities and Threats) of 1.20. where the Curug Cileat tourism object can use a growth strategy as a strategic choice to compete by taking advantage of the potential advantages possessed by the Curug Cileat Tourism Object.
