Abstract

Sleman Regency is an area that has great tourism potential to be developed, including from natural (SDA), cultural and historical. Therefore, a strategy is needed to develop Sendang Mbudho tourism so that it can develop and increase the interest of tourists to visit. In this research the authors used qualitative research methods. Data collection was done by interview, observation, and documentation. Data processing techniques performed by data reduction. Presentation of data is done for drawing conclusions and verification. From the analysis, it can be seen the potentials in Sendang Mbudho have natural atmosphere and beautiful. From the research results, it is also known that the supporting factors for the tourism development strategy of Sendang Mbudho are ease of access, security and services provided by the manager. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor for tourism in Sendang Mbudho are not yet willing to cooperate with the government
